  在噴淋清洗機(jī)的噴淋系統(tǒng)中,水錘效應(yīng)是一種常見的不良現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)管道內(nèi)水流突然改變流速或方向時,液體慣性會引發(fā)壓力急劇波動,形成類似 “錘擊” 的沖擊波。這不僅帶來振動和噪聲,還可能導(dǎo)致管道松動、磨損,甚至損壞水泵、閥門等部件,影響設(shè)備運(yùn)行與壽命。

  Water hammer effect is a common adverse phenomenon in the spray system of a spray cleaning machine. When the flow velocity or direction of water in the pipeline suddenly changes, the inertia of the liquid will cause a sharp fluctuation in pressure, forming a shock wave similar to a "hammer strike". This not only brings vibration and noise, but may also cause pipeline loosening, wear, and even damage to components such as water pumps and valves, affecting equipment operation and lifespan.

  水錘效應(yīng)的成因主要有三方面。一是閥門快速啟閉,自動化清洗中電磁閥突然動作,會瞬間截斷或釋放水流,在閥門附近形成高壓并轉(zhuǎn)化為壓力波擴(kuò)散。二是水泵啟停不當(dāng),啟動時水流從靜止驟加速,或停機(jī)時突然失力,都會因慣性引發(fā)壓力波動。三是管道設(shè)計問題,長管道延長壓力波傳播路徑,使其能量疊加;過多彎頭、變徑管導(dǎo)致局部紊流,易產(chǎn)生額外壓力峰值;管道材質(zhì)過剛、固定不當(dāng)也會降低緩沖能力。

The third issue is pipeline design, where long pipelines extend the propagation path of pressure waves, causing their energy to accumulate; Excessive bends and variable diameter pipes can cause local turbulence, which can easily generate additional pressure peaks; Excessive rigidity and improper fixation of pipeline materials can also reduce buffering capacity.

  抑制水錘效應(yīng)需多管齊下。閥門控制上,用緩閉式閥門替代快開快閉閥門,其通過特殊結(jié)構(gòu)延長啟閉時間,如緩閉式止回閥在水泵停機(jī)時緩慢關(guān)閉,避免壓力驟升;結(jié)合智能控制,依壓力反饋調(diào)節(jié)啟閉速度。
