大家都知道，新車買回去之后，開到一定的里程數(shù)，需要做保養(yǎng)；機械手表帶過一段時間也需要做保養(yǎng)；人的頭發(fā)到肌膚都離不開保養(yǎng)，因為保養(yǎng)能延緩衰老，電器類、機動車類保養(yǎng)可以延長使用壽命。工業(yè)用的真空碳氫清洗機也不例外，我們遇到部分客戶，將清洗設備購買回去之后，用了四五年都不保養(yǎng)一次，隨遷前期我們也有專員提醒改到保養(yǎng)期了，可客戶并沒有把保養(yǎng)放在心上，以為我們是想方設法繼續(xù)賺他們的錢，這種想法是萬萬不能有的。因為，每年的固定日期，售后專員都會通知客戶做清洗設備的保養(yǎng)，能做是比較好的，不做也沒關系，只不過其在使用超聲波碳氫清洗機的時候沒那么絲滑就是了。

　　值得欣慰的是，大多數(shù)客戶都會主動要求我們上門給真空碳氫清洗機做保養(yǎng)服務，可想而知，大家的設備保養(yǎng)意識都在逐漸增強，因為每做一次保養(yǎng)，他的超聲波清洗機的使用壽命就可以多延長3-5年以上，甚至有超過10年的，從不做保養(yǎng)的碳氫清洗設備后面出現(xiàn)的問題所產(chǎn)生的維修費以及護理費可不少，通過這么一比較，定期做保養(yǎng)還能省下一大筆錢。現(xiàn)在小編就來跟大家聊一下，一般我們都是怎樣給碳氫超聲波清洗機做保養(yǎng)維護的。主要兩個方面，一種是從清洗設備運到客戶工廠，客戶的操作習慣；另一種是保養(yǎng)專員給清洗設備做的換油保養(yǎng)。我們先來說前面那種種，良好的操作習慣：操作人員在使用機器設備時，應該謹記，不要讓設備長時間連軸轉(zhuǎn)運行，當設備連續(xù)運行120分鐘以上的時候，可以把機器關了，讓設備休息30分鐘左右。人連續(xù)干活都要休息，更別說機器了，這樣做的核心原理就是防止振子受損。

There are mainly two aspects: one involves the transportation of the cleaning equipment to the customer's factory and the customer's operating habits; the other involves the maintenance specialist performing oil change maintenance on the cleaning equipment. Let's first discuss the former aspect, good operating habits: operators should bear in mind when using the machine that they should not let it run continuously for extended periods. When the equipment has been running continuously for more than 120 minutes, the machine can be turned off and allowed to rest for about 30 minutes. Even humans need to rest after continuous work, let alone machines. The core principle behind this is to prevent damage to the vibrator.

　　還有注意衛(wèi)生，在清洗零件的時候，應該及時將清洗槽體衛(wèi)生弄干凈，尤其是超過一個星期用不上真空碳氫清洗機作業(yè)的時候，更加要把清洗槽中的殘液清理趕緊，這樣可以防止清洗劑腐蝕槽體，雖然我們做的清洗機槽體比較耐腐蝕，但還是要從良好習慣做起，定期清潔還是很有必要的。而且也不要干燒，不能因為工件體積小，就以為不用很多水，只在清洗槽放一點點水的話，可能會出現(xiàn)槽體被燒穿的現(xiàn)象，這種情況都可以避免，超聲波清洗設備進廠之后我們都會有專門的安全操作培訓，并且也會定期給操作人員做技術(shù)培訓。

Although the cleaning machine tank we use is relatively corrosion-resistant, it is still necessary to start with good habits and clean it regularly. Also, do not dry burn. Do not assume that you do not need a lot of water just because the workpiece is small, and only put a little water in the cleaning tank. Otherwise, the tank may be burned through. This situation can be avoided.
