1、我們要檢查設備的的螺絲部位，排除是否有松動的問題，如發(fā)現(xiàn)需要及時擰緊。然后就是檢查噴頭或者水管是否有損壞的地方，如發(fā)現(xiàn)需要及時修復，以免在使用過程中造成爆管的風險。同時我們要盡量理順水管，避免發(fā)生纏繞擠壓的問題，避免存在爆管的風險。各項都檢查完畢，接著開始連接進水管，將進水膠管套在泵體的進水口接頭上，然后套上喉卡，擰緊喉卡上的螺釘。

3. 機器啟動，啟動前務必確認：

（1）調(diào)壓閥必須在松開位置。

（2）使用者不要扳機或者踩下腳踏閥，首先啟動增壓泵，然后啟動主泵，啟動完之后需要10秒后，再調(diào)壓力。

調(diào)節(jié)壓力，使用者扳緊溢流槍，或者踩下腳踏閥，調(diào)試壓力的時候一定要慢慢調(diào)節(jié)，假如清洗可以達到要求的情況下，使用壓力越低越好，對機器對人工都要好。

在升壓過程中，應至少有兩人配合作業(yè)。如清洗機系統(tǒng)配置腳踏閥的話，其中一人應該將腳踏閥踏板（手持槍扳機）完全踩（扣）到底，然后，另外一個人才能一邊觀察壓力表，一邊緩慢旋動調(diào)壓閥的旋柄使得壓力升高，直至到達使用壓力，然后將調(diào)壓閥上的縮緊母鎖死，將設備壓力固定。如果需要將壓力釋放而又不停機的情況下，應該將腳踏閥踏板完全松開。如需要調(diào)整使用壓力，應該按照以上升壓的方式進行重新調(diào)整。
