一、準(zhǔn)備開(kāi)機(jī)

1、 Ready to power on

1.將濾芯直接放在支架上，根據(jù)濾芯的位置，調(diào)整限位開(kāi)關(guān)位置，使振動(dòng)子行程正好滿足清洗要求。

1. Put the filter element directly on the support, and adjust the position of the limit switch according to the position of the filter element to make the vibrator stroke just meet the cleaning requirements.

2.調(diào)節(jié)振動(dòng)子前后位置，使振動(dòng)子的輻射面正好在工件中心。調(diào)節(jié)振動(dòng)子前后高度使振動(dòng)子的輻射面與濾芯的高點(diǎn)間隙保持在2~4mm左右，不碰撞、不磨擦為宜。

2. Adjust the front and back position of the vibrator so that the radiation surface of the vibrator is just in the center of the workpiece. Adjust the front and back height of the vibrator to keep the clearance between the radiation surface of the vibrator and the high point of the filter element at about 2 ~ 4mm, and it is appropriate to avoid collision and friction.

3.打開(kāi)進(jìn)水閥進(jìn)水，調(diào)節(jié)溢水閥，使振頭入水約10mm~15mm。調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)水閥使系統(tǒng)進(jìn)出水平衡。

3. Open the water inlet valve and adjust the overflow valve to make the vibrator enter water about 10 mm ~ 15 mm. Adjust the inlet valve to balance the inlet and outlet water of the system.

4.接通電源，確認(rèn)電氣控制柜內(nèi)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)合上，將面板開(kāi)關(guān)合上，這時(shí)面板上定時(shí)器指示燈亮。系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)備就緒。

4. Turn on the power supply, make sure that the air switch in the electrical control cabinet is closed, and turn on the panel switch. At this time, the indicator light of the timer on the panel is on. The system is ready.

二、開(kāi)始清洗

2、 Start cleaning

1.根據(jù)清洗工件的要求，設(shè)定定時(shí)器清洗時(shí)間。

1. According to the requirements of workpiece cleaning, set the timer cleaning time.

2.選擇按下控制柜移動(dòng)綠色開(kāi)關(guān)，即為開(kāi)，振動(dòng)子沿X軸方向往復(fù)移動(dòng)。

2. Select to press the green switch of the control cabinet, that is on, and the vibrator moves back and forth along the x-axis direction.

3.選擇啟動(dòng)“超聲”，系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始頻率掃描，即產(chǎn)生超聲波，開(kāi)始清洗。

3. Select "ultrasonic" to start the frequency scanning of the system, that is, to generate ultrasonic and start cleaning.

二、開(kāi)始清洗

3.選擇啟動(dòng)“超聲”，系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始頻率掃描，即產(chǎn)生超聲波，開(kāi)始清洗。

3. Select "ultrasonic" to start the frequency scanning of the system, that is, to generate ultrasonic and start cleaning.

三、中間停機(jī)更換工件

3、 Intermediate stop to replace workpiece

1.清洗設(shè)定時(shí)間結(jié)束時(shí)，機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和超聲波都會(huì)停止。

1. At the end of the set cleaning time, the mechanical operation and ultrasonic will stop.

2.將振動(dòng)子移動(dòng)到水平位置一側(cè)，關(guān)閉控制柜電源開(kāi)關(guān)。

2. Move the vibrator to the side of the horizontal position and turn off the power switch of the control cabinet.

3.更換同樣工件（若工件不相同，請(qǐng)按開(kāi)機(jī)要求重新調(diào)整）。

3. Replace the same workpiece (if the workpiece is not the same, please adjust it again according to the startup requirements).

4.按下“電源”開(kāi)關(guān)，上述1~3步驟，系統(tǒng)重新開(kāi)始工作。

4. Press the "power" switch, the above steps 1-3, the system starts to work again.

四、關(guān)機(jī)

4、 Shut down

1.選擇關(guān)閉“超聲”，即超聲波停止工作。

1. Select "ultrasonic" off, that is, the ultrasonic stops working.

2.選擇按下控制柜移動(dòng)“關(guān)”，振動(dòng)子停止沿X軸方向往復(fù)移動(dòng)。

2. Select to press the control cabinet movement "off", and the vibrator stops to move back and forth along the x-axis direction.
